Hi all,Had a fab holiday last year mid Jan in Bansko. Great slopes and plenty of snow. little concerned as Balkan hols changed our hotel last year, and this year have already changed flights!! Does any one know if there are any probs with Hotel Guinness as we are really looking forward to our hols and don't like nasty surprises??

Hotel Guiness opened about 3-4 years ago. Very impressive on entry . Fairly plaush, very clean. Bar in it very expensive by bulgarian standards. Food is average ( i wouldnt be a picky eater). Got one of the worst meals ever presented to me in the restaurant downstairs. Close to gondola. Has a nice wee pool and steam room. Because hotel is open plan, with large open foyer, you can hear everything if there is a noisy group in the bar.
