Banderitza hotel
Banderitza hotel has on offer 10 rooms and 10 appartments, furnished in the local traditional style but at the same time offering modern comfort and amenities. Each room has a TV set, telephone, mini-bar, a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Me, my wife and two kids have just come back from a week at the Banderista.
We first went there last year for a meal with one of the kids ski instructors. We were impressed with the food etc and decided to book in there on a late deal this year with Inghams.
We got back last saturday and i have to say the hotel was great.
The cleaners worked very hard to tidy up after us every day.

Heather,
Me, my wife and two kids have just come back from a week at the Banderista.
We first went there last year for a meal with one of the kids ski instructors. We were impressed with the food etc and decided to book in there on a late deal this year with Inghams.
We got back last saturday and i have to say the hotel was great.
The cleaners worked very hard to tidy up after us every day.
The food was a good mixture of Bulgarian and British style food. They had a set menu to choose from each evening, but you could elect to take a voucher for 15 lev per person toward their normal menu. Advantage with that was that that 60 lev went towards beer and wine as well. This is particularily good as a large beer is only 2 lev.
In fact when we eat out a couple of nights we were still offered the vouchers for drinks at the bar on our return.
They do have a pool, its not the biggest in town but its a fair size, and was always very warm.
The staff are friendly.
The location is good. You are about a ten minute walk from the gondola but the hotel provides a mini bus that takes you there and back on a regular basis.
You are also very close to the main old town of Bansko. Cross the river at the bridge right outside the hotel, walk about 100 metres and you are in Pirin street, turn left for the old town, and right for the gondola and the newer shops premises etc.
The staff all speak good english and I am sure you will have a good time, we did,
