I was talking to a person who stayed there and they said it was lovely. It's about 20 mins walk away form teh gondola but the do have a bus that runs form the hotel.

I went in for a Nosey, it looks really nice, very comfortable with nice open fires going in the lounge and a good atmosphere

Had a family room there mid Jan. Great hotel. Room good, food great, public areas nice. Staff attitude a bit mixed but not too bad. Hot in hotel but windows in room will open. About 15 mins walk from centre along a rather dark, slippy road. Free mini bus not too bad for getting to centre and back for skiing. Allow 10lev (about £4) each way for taxi in evening. Bulgaria don't seem to have discovered grit/salt so watch out for slippery car park.
