Stayed there last year for the first time, i listened to to many reviews about the place, some said good some said bad, my personal view is that its very very good, the facilities are good, all bars are good, the room was nice and so was the bathroom, ok it was last on the ski bus route but never we struggled to get on a bus, the food was ok, no probs in my eyes, there's always something you'll like or dislike any where you eat, the staff were very friendly and helpfull, so overall i'd give it a 8 or 9 ut of 10 !! and it is only a very small walk to the resort centre 2 to 3 minutes tops.
You'll probably do as I did and get confused with everyone's views but if you experience the holiday we did on our first visit to Pamps then next year you'll be writing good reviews on the hotel.

i think this hotel had some bad points a couple of years ago when i was in pamps december 2005 lots of people were complaining about it, problems with plumbing something to do with heating in the rooms as well, postings last year would have been from people there in 2005, they have probably sorted the problem out by now so if thats where you want to go listen to the posts this year and book it.

Anything written about food tends to be the same in all the hotels and they serve it warm not hot for some reason, that is through out most of eastern europe, take it with a pinch of salt, there are loads of resturants that are cheap.
