just back from hotel pamporova - snow was fine until thurs then it rained and lower slopes got difficultre: hotel pamporova
what were the upper slopes like?re: hotel pamporova

went last year hotel was lovely food so so but going again on the 14th jan,re: hotel pamporova

food was so so - breakfast was ok with choice of cereal (milk was unusal) cooked meal toast (you make yourself)and fruit.Dinner was salad bar main meal-buffet-unusal selection of meats - stews chicken?kebabs and sweets were a selection of cakes.
upper slopes were good but bottom half dedoriated from 29th dec.when it rained - do not have lunch in the tower at summit it took nearly 2 hours and some of are group never got served - new management ??

hotel could not provide hot water for a shower at 5pm after skiiing have sent a complaint to balken tours through the rep -a number of people complained about this - we were told at reception to wait until later in the evening and it would be ok???
