hotel pamporovo

morninghave been reading some reviews about the hotel pamporovo and am getting very nervous. a group of 8 of us are heading out there in feb.
has anybody heard anything one way or the other about this hotel?

Stayed there in 2005 - overall, we had a very good holiday and the hotel certainly helped that!
The room was absolutely vast with 2 huge beds and everything worked in the bathroom that should work! Lost use of the life just once during the week but that was quickly sorted.
The food was okay - once you have adjusted to the different culture and gave it a go it wasn't bad at all - plenty of different choices. There was even a bit of entertainment on while you ate!

The skibus ran very regularly - as the hotel is a bit further out than some of the others.
Just forget what you would expect in the UK, and get ready for a different experience - give a try!!

1. Was there last month, reviews bang on - sorry. I've seen a few reviews that say it's ok but they're not from people who've stayed there recently. You should check out the previous threads on this site under the search option for the last month or so.2. Pamps is great and you won't spend much time in the hotel so don't panic too much! I guarantee you'll be raving about the resort when you come back!
