Hi Jan
We stayed here earlier in the year, and it was absolutely fine. Yes, it's not the same as a 4* here in the UK, but this isn't the UK! We found the rooms to be clean and tidy, and the bathroom the same. Some of the decor and furnishings weren't exactly new, but hey, you're on holiday and only really in the room to change and sleep! The food wasn't the greatest variety or quality, but we always found something to eat, and topped it up with the hot wine and hot chocolate on the ...

I'd go back there no problem.
If you have any specific concerns, let me know and I'll trawl back through the memory banks!
depends what u are looking for.agree re above .its a wlk to the night life up a slight hill. so dont book if your a night bird got more injuries falling over on the way back than on the ski slopes. Also you have to be disciplined in the morning to leave hotel a bit early, leave it late and all the buses get filled up as last hotel pick on the ski bus run and taxi to slopes will run up bills. not good for disorganised families, having said that its a safe bet if not to fussy good value for ...

If you are fussy go to italy its only 20% dearer and a lot better infrusture. But nowhere beats bulgaria for nightlife
Wouldn't recomment Hotel Pamporovo, 6 of us stayed there last year, thought we'd try it as it was more expensive. The food was terrible, its better in all the other hotels we have stayed in, in the past. The staff are very rude and unhelpful, at reception and in the restaurant, trying to get a bus in the morning is a joke as they were all full, so we often had to get a taxi. Drinks are twice the price compared to other hotels. Over 20 Lev for a bottle of wine. You have to pay to use the ...

Would use a hotel in the resort, Perelik, Mourgavets, even the Hotel Bor is better, the staff are really friendly there, and the foods good.
Been to Pamps 10 times now, but sadly its not the place it used to be.........
