hotel strazlite and bansko

Two of us going to Bansko on 14th Feb and both novices when it somes to Bulgaria. Has anyone skied here before and if so can you pass on any tips. I am an intermediate boarder and partner is a ski novice who is going to learn there..

any info would be great, i have read the resort feedback but a lot of it is dated
