It depends on what you want from a hotel - which resort you are going to etc.
If it's Borovets, Most people would go for the Rila or Samokov - both hotels are 4 star. The Rila is at the bottom of the main nursery slope and the Samokov is near to the Gondola. Both are very big, have nightclubs etc.
If you want something a bit smaller and quieter in Borovets, the Iglika is the place to be at - right opposite the Rila and round the corner from the Samokov.
If you are in Pamps, ...

I heared the Mandarin in Bankok is the the best world wide for his service.The best in Berlin is the Adlon or what do you think.
These one to choose in Borovetz is the Victoria for 3 star and the Royal for 4 star , five star have a big group and rent the Stressov
