I am confused how they work out how many km of piste there sre as I have just skied pamporovo and tried to ski everything in one day but could not. However I have skied everything at bansko in one day , except the piste thst is never open, but bansko is supposed to be one and a half times longer, 75km compared to 50 ? How is that worked out ?
I used a GPS tracker to measure how many km I was skiing... Did from the very top down the 4, cut around to 3, and then over to 11, down 5 cut across to 10 and then down to shiligarnika and then the gondola and down the ski road to the village and only measured 12km in comparison to the advertised 16km longest run... Lies! Do pamporovo or borovets exaggerate their km of pistes like this? Having been borovets 4 years ago and Bansko the last 3, even after exaggerating how many runs they've got ...

Lies! Do pamporovo or borovets exaggerate their km of pistes like this? Having been borovets 4 years ago and Bansko the last 3, even after exaggerating how many runs they've got (including classing red 14 as a run which has full size trees growing on it), Bansko does seem to have more runs.
I'm a bit bored of Bansko now, would love to go back to borovets but only if most runs are open which is extremely unlikely due to their lack of snow cannons... And would love to try pamps but the fact the ski area is a coach journey there and back from the rest really puts me off, as the ski road is my favourite part about Bansko!
