how much skiing is going on in pamps

I am going to Pamps this weekend - can anyone tell me what the runs are like - this site says that only two runs are open at todays date but the web cams look ok.

Secondly has anyone got anything half good to say about the hotel pamporovo

Please put my mind at rest if you are there now

hi hotel is nice stayed there last year, the snow is melting fast sorry to say, but they do say more snow on sat

Hi Dave,

blue and green runs only, people are skiing on the red but i don't advise it, the snow cannons are working on over time every night on the middle station. It snowed for a few hours tonight, i left my office at 9.15 this evening and it was still snowing, when i got home in Soikite it stopped an hour later, i hope it did not stop in Pamps, ill know more in the morning

Amanda, I have heard horror stories of the Hotel Pamporovo lately - stayed last year in the Orlovetz - can you give me any info

DAVE....stayed there a couple of years ago, could'nt really fault it, there's enough going on in there that you don't actually have to go anywhere else in the evening if that's what you desire.

Hotel is nice Dave. Food is edible, nice Irish bar downstairs, but it is a little on teh warm side. Nice big open fire in the lobby. Rooms are clean.

Take some ear plugs for dinner as last year they had a band on that played way too loud and the singer wouldn't have passed the X-Factor Auditions.

They did try to charge one of our group for minibar usage that never occurred so just be on your guard (this is a common practice in BG).

All in all, I would stay there aain.
