good to have something local, and i trained and learnt my trade up there many years ago, but Scottish skiing is for the brave (winds, limited pistes etc)- ideal if the conditions are good, and i have friends in Aviemore and would recomend the scottish skiing as an Extra to Europe. Once you have skied say Borovets, Bansko, Pamps then the higher Austrian and French resorts, Scotland is a place you visit, for a few days recreational skiing. Makes a good weekend away though if the snows ok!
