It is not beneficial or productive to come to Pamporovo and go home and complain to your friends about the resort, accommodation, pistes, food, prices, lifts, service, toilets, roads etc if you have a complaint do something whilst you are there, complain in writing to the hotel, restaurant etc or pop into the tourist and information centre where I will log all complaints and recommendations etc I will then speak to Mr Illiev and air all views, if only 50 folk complain out of thousands of tourists then the resort just seems perfect apart from a few moaners, do you see where I am coming from???

Ok I have had my say but just remember I am trying to help here, it could make a difference. But as the old fashioned saying goes I can lead a horse to water but I can’t make it drink and I will not stand in the streets freezing my but off asking people if they are happy with their vacation.

I believe Galina is already collating relevant comments on this forum under the thread entitled "What should be changed in Pamporovo" from people who have got something to say about Pamporovo and its facilities and services.

In my opinion, as Galina is a local person, I am sure she will do her utmost to pass all these comments to the relevant people. Therefore I suggest that, rather than simply walking away, if you have a real wish try and see things changed (or returned to how it was) in Pamporovo it would be more beneficial to make them known to her.

Hi Arron, I got your text and sorry I didn't reply but was up to my neck. I moved into the house just after Christmas and spent the next week in a mucking fuddle lol.

I know you are coming back soon so I will definitely be over to see you - and meet Galina as well. Looking forward to see you both soon and maybe you can come over to the lovely Momchilovtsi and see the "House on the Corner" for yourselves.
