anyway, i was hear same time a couple of years ago and things are defitnitely better now.
last night and this morning to my horror it stared to rain, but this had cleared by mid day so we got a half day pass and to our delight there had been some fresh snow up top. hardly anyone was about so not sure if the tour operators had bussed pople of eslewhere?
anyhow, got som good runs in and can recommend the golden eagle by the tower. not too pricey and frienly guys there.
howerver, we started to get some 'snow' which was more like hard rain if you get my drift by mid afternoon. again, to our delight this started to turn fluffy - so much so that the last run we were sticking all over the place. th cats were going out as we headed down so we will be out first thing to make the most of it.
there is some great novice off piste in between the runs which i would recommend, just be sensible about your limitations and wear a helmet!!!
more good news is that te light duting we had seems to have settled at the bottom so it is definitely cold enough at the base - here's hoping.
here for another 5 days so will endeavour to give more updates if people so desire. off to the white hart tonight so we'll see how things have changed in there since i last came. would recommnd the danmar pizza place up the road from station 1 on the way to pamp centre. great pizza and reasonably priced!
