no its realy good just a lot of building going on at minre: info on Bansko
Can anyone give me an accurate snow level in Bansko? Before the snow fall on wed it was 35cm top 25 bottom but this must have changed! Can anyone tell me?Also what is predicted by the locals for the next 4 days

The town has lot of building work taking place much like the majour city around the UK, the skiing is what it's all about and the skiing facilities are 1st class & equal if not better than everywhere else i've been to over the past 12 years.
The hotels are pretty good, shops are open late and dead cheap, bars/restaurants very friendly & very cheap. The ski schools are brilliant, the lifts reliable and comfortable but importantly very safe!
The only problems I could find two years back ...

The only problems I could find two years back which i belive is still the case was the mud due to the building work in the town & the delays in the top/bottom gondola stations - these are brought about due to everyone trying to travel at the same time, get the station before 830 & 330 and you'll be fine and wondering what all the hoo-ha is about!
