Hi Mum,
Tell Inghams that youve never skied before, they just try to get the full cost of ski pack from you, I did and when they were trying to pressure me I told them that I would cancel the whole holiday as my wife had only had one day on a dry slope

re: inghams ski pack

Mum DO NOT worry. I went with Inghams this year in March and booked myself the learn to ski pack as it saves about £30. You get your voucher from the rep and she takes you to the depot but once you have your skis they DO NOT check if you have booked the learn to ski pack or not they dont care as thet get payed anyway. You just line up outside and they ask who has skied before and who has not. All vouchers are they same so dont worry about it. I got away with it and will do it again. Very Happy

re: inghams ski pack

Thanks Daniel, that's what happenned this year with Crystal. My worry was that we would end up with complete beginners, and my 8 year old who had not skied before skied down the mountain on the 2nd to last day we were there, we had a great instructor called Mario and he had a big group to deal with, English was a little rusty but got by. Thanks for your comment and probably will not change our booking and stick with the beginners pack!!!!

re: inghams ski pack

hello

I work for a Bulgarian Tour operator (no names) and I have been skiing a few times to Borovets and Pamporovo. One can usually talk to an instructor or your rep before hand and arrange what group you go into when you are there, eg: as your improve you can join another group if you like. Just see your ski instructor when you are there and he/she will sort you out.
Your rep doesnt usually arrange this, ski instructors rock ! Razz
