insurance

What is insolvency?? i know it sounds stupid but i found a quote for insurance and its says insolvency is not included?? any ideas?

Insolvency on the part of the tour operator/airline maybe?? Don't know, just a random guess to be honest!! What context are they using it in?

Insolvency is similar to bankruptcy. In other words, if you cancel your holiday because you're broke, you won't be able to claim. It's a fairly standard exclusion cause. So don't book a holiday if you can't really afford it and might have to cancel.

the insolvency is on the side of the tour opperator..if they go bust while your away they wont be getting you home and neither will the insurance company.
