Not trying to be funny, but why do you really need to have it confirmed if Bulgaria is in Europe or not???

It is common knowledge, or so I thought, that Bulgaria was in fact part of Europe, maybe not part of the Economic trading Bloc of the European Union, but Europe is part of Euorpe, as is Turkey, Russia and Poland.... all further 'East' than Bulgaria

It made me smile though
