mornings everybodys..sorry just a joke, no its not the legendary potter but me instead. My neighbour told me that her bulgarian friend told her (!) that there is a possible proposed change to Bulgarian law that you can only buy property in bulgaria in the future if you then live there for more than half the year??!! thought it strange bearing in mind they are to join the EC and I am sure that it wouldn't fly but as a purchaser in bansko I got a bit worried - anyone heard anything similar at ...

no.... it wouldnt be retrospective anyway and wouldnt fit in with eu law so all in all total c******s !!
