I've been living in bulgaria for a year now and have just heard a horror story from a english friend who lives here, it invloves a company called Prudential Comercial Investments and another company called Balkan offshore services and a man called Mr Stephan Cooper what ever you do do not have anything to do with this man or thease companies unless you have spoken to the fraud squad in london first as they are currently investigating this scam/fraud, It has been

stated by the officials involved in the investigation, that the financial
advisor could have made more professional checks to determine the
authenticity of this investment.Regrettably, Mr Cooper having sold and made a profit from this scam has chosen not, unlike other Financial Advisors involved in the case, to progress discussions about the return of either his commission, or indeed any other manner of compensation. Stear clear!!!!
