ahh...there is life here....now u ask i would like to know what time the ski shops open as i have jacket ,trousers goggles etc. to buy(i am hiring skis and boots)

They are usually open between 8:30 - 9:00 and are situated in the Perelik Hotel complex.They are very good value and the staff are very helpful,just make sure that you buy from a sport shop not a supermarket with ski goods in it. They stay open until 9:00pm. Cool
