I think it has the better snow record generally unless someone else knows otherwise.

Kind of white and cold, much the same as Pamporovo

Seriously, like any climate in the world it is never the same 2 years running, but you will be unlucky not to find perfect conditions at that time of year.

I really would'nt think so Tom. As Whistler is considerd to be on of the premier ski resorts in the world it would be like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Ford!
Bulgaria is an eastern eurpean country if you go expecting it to be like Canada then boy are you in for a shock. But if you go with an open mind then you will have a great time.
