is bansko still a building site

hi

last time i was in bansko was last March. The place was like a building site. Can anyone tell me if it has improved at all. It must look alot better as they work solid in the summer and seem to halt everything in the winter. How does it look up by the Perun hotel, our apt will be complete in Dec and i was wondering if it looks good around this area. We bought at the belmont.
any info would help.

It's still a building site. To be honest it's worse as more building sites have started!

get your high garden rubber boots to navigate in the mud.The property prices down so in a good few years when the prices go half on what they are now will look to buy something there.Until then-stick to Borovets and Pamp if it has to be Bulgaria

havent you and me had this conversation before about your speculation regarding house prices in bulgaria. Once again, jealousy will get you know where. If you cant afford to buy there then dont but stop trying to worry people that have. Long term property investing is still the best way to make money...fact....
