Hi Pete.
Borovets is excellent. Plenty of bars & restruants etc. Buzz bar is the place to be. Rila Hotel is also good have stayed there four times very good service. Have a good week.

Hi Pete,

Must agree with the other two replys

Although Buzz Bar not the only place to go went there last year with 14 mates had a great time.

Would tell you the name of the bars but cant remember.

Hi
Just got back from 7days in Borovets, I have to be honest and say it was the worst holiday I have been on. Managed 2 days skiing ( if you can call it that!), first there was no snow, then when there was so much snow you couldn't ski ( because no-one bothered to piste the slopes), then the lifts were so packed you had to wait over 2 hours to go on the gondola. The power goes off for hours on end. Rila is more like a 2*, no hot water from 6 - 9 most nights and if you do get any it is ...

We will never go back, the night life is good and cheap but doesn't compensate for the frustration felt during the day! Treat it as a Benidorm in the slush and you will have a great time, as for skiing, stick to the USA!
