Yes there is - Its the Red Dragon and it's downhill from the Samokov. An excellent meal by all accounts as well.

The chinese is the red dragon. Its very nice, there's not much veggie stuff. spring rolls are lovely!!!!!!!!!

the red dragon next to the samokov, food ok but expect to pay approx english prices
there is also an indian further down the same road but didnt try that
