Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Not having been one for discussion boards in the past and having found this by accident whilst raking about for info on Bulgaria I have become a little addicted and have already put on a couple of questions. However reading about all you lucky beggars who are going out in the next couple of weeks makes me a bit envious. We're not there, Pamps, until 26th Feb, any other party animals there at this time.
Pamporovo Pete, I applaude your enthusiam for the place. We were there 97 98 and 99 and had an absolute scream. In fact we were so taken with the place and its people we took out around 15 large holdalls of goodies to an orphanage nearby on our last visit. 4 out of the 5 of us coming over went to the orphanage with the stuff and it is an expierience which will be etched on our minds for evermore.
We found the Bulgarians great people and great company regardless of there circumstances hence our decision to return this year to celebrate one of the groups 40th. We're supposed to older and wiser now, we're not, the hangovers just hurt more but there is a solution 'dont stop drinking til its time to go home'
For all the doubters who come on to this board if you want ritzy glitzy stuff with ritzy glitzy prices and prententious berks naff off elsewhere this is where real people go. Hopefully see some of you around 26th Feb, it would have been good to meet up Pete, but hey have a belter when you're there.
