What a fantastic holiday. Having never been skiing before wasn't sure if we would like it and I can honestly say were hooked! Stayed at the hotel lion, lovely hotel with no problems to report, and we thoroughly enjoyed it there. Reports read the food wasnt brill, but if your in at 6.30 it was reasonably hot and we enjoyed it, always something for the kids.

Booked with crystal (brilliant company, again no probs) and pre-booked ski school which was with chris, (ulen) who was fantastic with the kids (Katie ellie kyle and cody) and a fantastic bunch of people in our group made our holiday even more special, big hi to jimster richard tara pablo liam mick mel. The party night in the happy end bar at the end of the week was a good laugh with a great atmosphere. Chris our instructor took us to chabanov han mehena one evening, where we had a fantastic night and i would recommend it, food was amazing as was the entertainment.

gondala queues - not too bad if your there for 8.30, when we got there two of us would get in the queue with a little one we had, whilst the others collected the skis etc. there were people pushing in but we didn't let it bother us too much, just accepted that foreigners don't know what a queue is, not worth geting het up over!!

My only grumble and this im sure could go for any skiing resort is snow boarders and skiers being on the same slopes. We had two accidents within our group (one was 13 yrs old) both skiers who wiped out by boarders who didnt stop. People learning on boards don't seem to have much control (when they are more advanced they are fantastic but until they get to that level they are lethal). Surely it would make more sense to have seperate slopes if at all poss
