Just back from Pamps (06.01.07-13.01.07), quite possibly my new favourite place on earth. The locals are great, the views are amazing and my boarding instructor (vanja) was fantastic.
We (party of 4) stayed at the Evridika hotel, it looks like a motel from the outside but the rooms are clean, airy and have very comfy beds. The food was fine (even for a fussy eater like me) and the staff were very helpful.

The guys at the snowshack are amazing. Amazing. Really. I noticed that the positioning of the camera in pamps isnt very representative of the snow thats actually on the slopes. There is lots more snow. Honest
The only problem was the lack of snow, but there isnt much anyone can do about that. There was enough snow for boarding, but Id advise anyone travelling to pamps to hire their board/skis as my brother-in-law took his brand new board, which after 6days of boarding now looks like the rental one I was using!
We ate at the White Heart Inn a few times. The food is amazing and soo cheap (like the rest of the resort).
Overall, an exellent holiday, (I am hoping to return next year!)
now that is someone with a positive attitude, some people go on holiday determined to find something to moan about (you don't have to look far). Having said that......pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease snow.
