well its been 4 years since we last went and it was better than ever.
We stayed at the Dafovska, family run, cheap drinks, nice food and comfortable rooms.
Transfers to slopes changed a bit needed little tickets to board are coach, but this depends on which hotel you stay in if you need them.
The resort as changed a bit with afew bars closed and new ones opened. Dax irish bar seemed very popular.
The slopes were great due to the amount of snow.first day were unable to ski due to lift ...

The slopes were great due to the amount of snow.first day were unable to ski due to lift failure, however crystal did not tell us that ski station 1 was open which would have taken us to midstation, so day wasted.
2nd and 3rd visibility was very poor, so gald I know the runs and which way they went.
The rest of the week was great with our first experience of the runs served by the 6 man chairlift. Never been confident to get off the green, I managed the reds and blues without any problems.
Food on slopes was good we did eat mainly at Alex pub at bottom of green run by ski station 2. they do meal deals that are priced from 9-15 lev and they do not mind you sharing, as the protions are fairly large.Even though they are very busy the staff always have a smile.
On the slopes by blue 1 there is petes bar which was lovelly warm and again friendly.
regarding how much to take we spent about 200 pound, that included 30 lev for ski storage at ski station2
one word of warning, on our last day we met a couple who were staying at the perelick had there english money stolen from a bag which was in a closed suitcase. So please use the safes .
All in all we had a great holiday and rekindled are love of pamporovo do not be put off by the transfers from sofia it is worth it when you get there
