The National Meteorological Agency is stating in its pre-season forecast released at the end of October that a normal - cold and snowy - winter is approaching. Based on a weather analysis of the British MetOffice that came up with a very precise forecast for the two passing winter seasons and uses a methods of taking cross-references as far as the temperature of the Atlantic waters near Peru to tune up its predictions, the Meteo expert Mr. Ilian Gospodinov claims in its analysis that "...it will snow above the average for the season..." and "...the temperatures will be slightly below the average for the December-February period..." The forecast is very encouraging for the winter sport enthusiasts who endured a warm European winter last season.
