well I went to the gym yesterday for first time since the summer and boy do I need to get fit for the black runs.... my legs are killing today, so its the gym every night until I go 23rd Dec - not only do I need to get ski fit I need to get partying fit, cannot dance all night unless I do.... got a new piece of equipment at the gym not sure what it is but it is like walking up hills in your ski's so impressed with that....
let us know how you go thats one hell of a challenge gym everynight! especially with nights drawing in. I am suppose to be starting training for a local 10k run notice the word suppose to be, when i get home its dark and cold a bottle of wine and the heating keeps me in
I am useless at running, I will be spinning as much as poss to get the muscles in my legs, I wish I could run but I just look like a silly girl trying..... have not got the style for it
We do mountain biking in the warmer weather, we have just set our bikes on trainers so we can keep our legs fit for ski-ing.
Its amazing how quick half an hour passes when you watch Coronation Street at the same time!
