we got our kids passports today had to go up to newport
they said at the passport office all kids going to bulgaria need there own ones the tour companys new this in december still got ours now and looking forward to borovets on saturday Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

all the people experiencing problems cpould they not complain to tour operator and ask for compensation for not suppling important information. Therefore the customer incurring extra expense and stress due to their lack of communication skills.
