hi there, i am taking my 4 year old to bansko. Will he be able to go to ski school at his age and are there plenty of things for him to do in the afternoon and night
Simon,
I have the same problem, but with a two year old and a four year old. I have decided to get 2 hours private tuition each day for 4 all of us as my wife is a beginner too. Through Method Snow School it worked out around £400. Best bit is you can choose when YOU want to do the lessons so we are doing it from 1 to 3 in the afternoon when the slopes are quieter.
You can go private with Ulen and I understand it is cheaper.
I'll second that...Put the kids into kindergarden with lots of other kids, have done it with my girls and they loved it...Don't worry about them coz they'll be having a better time than you!!
They do sking, sledging, whatch dvd's,drawing, painting etc i wouldn't think twice about it...
They will have a great time and you can focus on learning to ski!!!
My son went to the kindergarten by the gondola in Bansko for the first couple of years - he was too old for it this year - he had a great time - and it meant I could go off and ski without worrying about him. He would come out about 3.30pm then potter on slopes with me for the last hour - fab all round
