is there much for kids to do in pamporovo after ski lessons???

Yeah,

They can Ice skate, ten-pin bowling, swim, husky rides, sledging just to name a few.

You have to try snow tubing! That's sledging on inner tubes which you can link together or just spin on your own. see here
We had the greatest fun doing that last year. Speak to Pete at Interski as he runs it - or to your rep if you are doing a package. Some of the tour ops do scheduled evening sessions - we jumped on the back of one of these last year and made up the numbers
