learn to ski pack

hi all its my first ski holiday and booked a learn to ski pack through thomsons has anyone ever done this what happens in regards to lessons etc ?

On the first morning you will be given tickets and your lift pass by your holiday rep. These will allow you to collect your skis/boots etc. You will then go to the area where the new skiers are assessed and be put in to a ski class of people of the same standard as you.Tell them you are a beginner. The instructor will then take over and tell you from then on
