what is the exchange rate for sterling,and what are some of the prices?

About 2.7 lev to the £1. The prices are cheap - hot choc with brandy at the bottom of the slopes was about 2.5 lev - without brandy about 1.5 lev

Food was not more than 10 lev per meal at lunchtime

thanks,i went to the travel agents and they told me there were 35 lev in a£ i thought there was something wrong

levn is pegged against the Euro so is fairly stable currency

I have found the banks tend to give the best exchange rate.

thought I seen for the first time in a travel agent over here quoting 3.5 a couple of weeks ago maybe going by there again today will check it out
