lift pass ski hire etc

Hi
I'm new here and I have NEVER been on ski holiday of any kind (I'm more of an Apres girl).
My husband and daughter (10) want to ski for 2 days as we are only in Bansko for 4 nights (travelling on 2 of them - from Greece) Sooooo my questions are:
Can I hire ski boots/poles/ skis for 2 days only
How much is a lift pass?
Can I find lessons for 2hrs a day suitable for my 10yr old - Hubby skied when he was 18 and is now an expert - no need for lessons (hmmmm he's now 47 - let's see what ...

If I want to go on the Gondola with my 6yr old so she can play in the snow - how much does it cost and do I pay on every journey - or is it a return journey!!!??
Questions questions questions - be gentle with me as I really DO NOT know the first thing about skiing or what this type of 'holiday' entails!
Thanks
Jayne

I am not 100% sure but usually when you buy lift passes and hire it is usually for 6 or 10 days. Hope this helps.

re: lift pass ski hire etc

you will be fine. book your day lift pass each morning. you wont save anything booking a lift pass for two days. just the hassle of buying it each day. go to the gondola station at 4.30pm and get lift pass for next day therefore no queue. careful if you go half term week hiring skis etc. they dont open till 8,30am in morning by which time the queue has built up. i used to hire down the road 50 yds. opened at 8, flexible if only for two days good price. can play in the snow with your ...

Hi,
You can just get a day lift pass for the Gondola only if you don't intend to ski. Daily price last year was I think about 50 lev per day for the full lift pass or 20 lev per day for Gondola only return trip. Look at Banskoski.com which I think is the official website. It is still showing last years prices though.
