can someone tell me when you get your lift pass,is it on the coach. we are going with balken .thanks jay

Varies, but most Balkan reps will issue it to you on the morning of your first day in your hotel reception area.
Too many lose them on the first night when unpacking and it costs a fortune to replace.

All will be made clear to you during your transfer to the resort.
