how much is a 7 and 14 day lift pass in bansko
and how long is the drive from sofia airport to the resort, also are the roads in good condition?

The lift passes are best bought in advance through your tour operator. This is by far the cheapest way. The transfer from Sofia to Bansko is around 2.50 hours.

Around 60% of the road is now in excellent condition smc but beware of the police speed traps if you are driving there yourself.
