lift queues

hi,
heard a few horror stories about the lift queses in Borovets. Can anyone confirm if this is true and is there an improvement this season.

Its always bad and just becomes embarrasing if you are with a ski instructor and they tell you to push to the front. As a rule Bulgarians won't queue.

Hope this helps
