soome of you have asked about the above so i have done some asking around but i have never stayed their myself:

Probably one of the nicest in the resort, its in the old village but it runs its own mini-bus so you can get about.

Hi , yup I am back after the craziest week in Boro ever.. I loved every second of it, and met some great people while we were there.. anyway.. the Lion.

Yup there is a shuttle bus, runs from 8am to 6pm each day. the hotel is a nice one, it has a pool (however, the water was a bit cold) saunas (which were ideal) and two restuarants. the food wasn't too bad in the standard one, we didn't bother with the other (Muhana) as we were half board and felt if we are going to pay for the food, then we may as well go to town and to Franko's, one of the best bars in the world, with the freindliest staff. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff were professional and polite and it was a pleasurable stay... enjoy!

re: lion borovets

There is a room in reception that is locked up each night. I left my new board and bindings there, no problem.
however for peace of mind, it might be worth getting a lock to be on the safe side, as the front door or the store room is left open until quite late.

re: lion borovets

hi, how far away is it to the lifts and bars? is it walkable ?

re: lion borovets

yeah it is walkable, we didit in about 10/15 mins in boarding boots, maybe a little longer on ski boots mind. But when a cab costs £3 it seems the easier choice. Smile
