locals point of view?

has anyone spoken to any of the locals in the ski resorts?,for there predictions for the comming winter.

I should imagine that if you ask a local who has any kind of vested interest in their local economy then the answer will be that it will be a fantastic winter! With more snow than you can dream of. The fact is, how are they going to know what is down the road? Signs are encouraging at the mo with some snowfall last weekend (certainly in Vitosha, Boro and Bansko. Not sure of Pamps) but all of that can change in a matter of days. Sorry to be cynical but thats the way it is. You have to take it ...

if it really makes a different, The wolves came down to a nearby village and ate some lambs.The locals say this is a sure sign of a cold and snowy winter, believe what you may

now thats what i want, good data that i can use in my predictions.so already we have had sheep,wolves,horses,birds, (migratory and non migratory)fish ,humans.ive incorporated my cat(should give us some interesting local weather)historical snow, bbc weather.
have i missed anything?

people are demanding snow predictions on the internet much earlier this yearre: locals point of view?
I reckon the wolves came down for some lamb because they were a bit peckish, who would turn down a free bit of fresh lamb especially at todays prices !!
