longterm apartment/ house rental

Hiya,
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for renting an apartment in or around borovets (not a holiday apartment) on a longterm lease.
Any help would be great, thanks

No I haven't tried emailing him, just thought he may have come back onto the forum.
I have been renting a 2 bed flat for the past 4yrs that we are moving out of, due to finding alternative accommodation so if Al is looking for a bargain..........
