can you help me with some information on Forrest Nook 3

I am going there on 16th Feb with my girlfriend and daughter.

We need to sort out ski hire and ski school.
I have been passed details of ski school Mirone have you heard of them.

We are going self catering any suggestions for shopping for food.

I haven't heard of mirone. Is fn3 in the same place as fn1? I think it's nearer the slopes to be honest.

There's a shop @ The Castle and another (bigger) in the centre of pamps.
