hello ellie. thankyous for your questions. i had a nice time in the borovets thankyous. i did not ski because i am to old.i watched all the peoples doing a ski from outside the rila. i sat with the dogs. sometimes a lady would come out and she had something in her hand and would press a button on it and all the dogs would run away. i think it made a noise that scared them but i couldn't hear the noise. anyways the next time she did it i ran away with the dogs as well even though the noise ...

Being a newcomer to this site and a first timer (this weekend) to Borovets, its a pity you have already returned home. I love Dogs and would have happily assisted you up the mountain with them.
If I see the lady with the "noise machine" I will throw a snowball at her for you Karen.

I agree. In Bansko we saw dogs all the time and nobody minded them. A beautiful huskie sat next to me one day while we had lunch on the slopes. More gentle than my dog I can tell you. Also 2 german shephards regularly ran down the ski road down to the bottom. We wondered if they went back up in the gondola!!!!!!!!!!
