Pamporovo Hotel......5 star my ar*e
we were given our room key 30th dec and unlocked it to find two mattereses on the floor for the kids [ my eldest kid being 17 and 6ft 4'' so his feet lay on the floor ] wallpaper peeling off the wall , dirty stained carpet, dusty and sticky furniture surfaces, dirty bed linen, leaking toilet. etc etc, was offered another room that was just as dirty but with the added luxury that it was next to the kitchen and also stunk. the third room i was given a key ...

we were given our room key 30th dec and unlocked it to find two mattereses on the floor for the kids [ my eldest kid being 17 and 6ft 4'' so his feet lay on the floor ] wallpaper peeling off the wall , dirty stained carpet, dusty and sticky furniture surfaces, dirty bed linen, leaking toilet. etc etc, was offered another room that was just as dirty but with the added luxury that it was next to the kitchen and also stunk. the third room i was given a key to had a very young couple in enjoying the fact that there were on there first holiday away from parents and met me half way into the room frantically pulling his boxer shorts on, he wasnt very happy i was in 'his room'.....it was at this point that my rep turned up and managed to get me into two rooms in the perilik hotel, so i didnt get to savour the toilet blocked,sink blocked,shower unit fall off the wall,no mini bar,rare hot water,noisy disco till early morning,families,freezing pool,15 lev to sit in cold jaquzzi,bad luke warm food, peeing in a bucket and living next to a uildng site that you did but i did meet the pig ignorant receptionists and the managers monkey boys.
sorry to whine but this was supposed to be a 5 star
Snow came tuesday night and we did have a good couple of days skiing whoopee, friday was a nightmare as one of the main lifts broke and didnt work for the 5 hours we were there.
