mobile phones

Anyone know if there is mobile phone coverage in Borovets, or do we have to rely on phone cards?

re: mobile phones

Great question, I would like the answer for Pamp too.

Between the group of us I think we have Orange, Virgin, O2, does any one know which, if any, are the best?

Cheers & Booze Booze

Hi

There is excellent mobile phone coverage you wont have problem. Just make sure your phone is allowed to make calls outside uk.

re: mobile phones

I am on O2 and my phone worked in Borovets. One tip though! Keep your phone with you at all times and dont let it out your site. Three of our party had their phones lost/stolen, one from a table, one from our room, and one from the bottom of the ski show slope near the Hotel Rila.

Pete

Just had a call from my brother this afternoon on his Orange mobile in borovets. Excellent reception. He's never been skiing before, today was his first day and he's already hooked! Snow is great and likes the resport. He's at the Rila and said it's fine, although food is average.

Virgin worked great in Pamp last year. No prob.
You have to set it up with them beforehand
