re: money

Either way steveo.
I would suggest however taking some levs with you as there may be a queue at the airport exchange counter.

You can order lev at most high street travel agents.

re: money

We just booked to go last saturday and we was told no levs is allowed in to the country and that we will have to get it when we get there. So who knows let me know as we are going at the end of Jan.

Cheers and good skiing Neil

re: money

When your driving to borovetz ask the driver if he can stop at the Samokov bank! You will past it on your way to Borovetz. Otherwise try it in Borovetz centre. their are lot of change offices and their two pay walls. Only The Yagoda villages are about 10, 15 minutes walking to the centre.

Good luck, and i hope for you their lots of snow

re: money

Last year we found the best exchange rate of all was through the atm located across the road from the gondola. from memory the max was £200 per day, which is a machine max not relevant to your card.
