We have just got our tickets from neilson, no ski extras on them eg lift pass ect. called customer service to confirm this was booked, the customer service women said she thought, didnt know, that it was normal this year for the extras not to go on the tickets. Anyone else had the same thing. going to take invoice out with us just in case we have an issue.

I travel with Inghams , but we give a voucher in and get the passes/equipment vouchers etc on the first day Not much "service" at customer service though! You should speak to someone who can give you a definitive answer! Enjoy your hol

The lift passes and ski carriage are on there system. I was expecting what you have though. Would expect customer service to know what the company policy is
Ususally get them on the transfer bus or early on day one ... if you're going to Bansko you have to pay a 5lvev deposit on the pass which I have, without fail, always forgotten to redeem.
