Hello peter is it true that because of overcrowding at ski resorts the're now starting up a congestion charge.

we went to Borovets last new year,one day up the Gondola at Yastrabets my wife took too long a rest and she was boot clamped,the release fee was 25 levs and after a massive arguement(with the wife) i gave in and paid the release fee,!

Not really mate, but they are considering issuing arm band like swimming pools do. Red band ski from 10am - 1pm Then blue bands from 1pm - 4pm.

Good idea I think.
